These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShipFast website at https://stitchly.io ("Website") and the services provided by Stitchly. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Stitchly

Stitchly is a platform that offers both an api that recieves and transforms JSON structures as well as an admin web app to manage the JSON translations.

2. Ownership and Usage Rights

When you subscribe to Stitchly, you gain the right to use the Stitchly Dashboard to manage API integrations translations as well as API service to call downstream services. As long as you are subscribed you can utilize the API according to your selected plan. If you choose to unsubscribe, there is no proration of the subscription fee. 
You will continue to have access until your next billing period arrives. Once that occurs, you will be automatically downgraded to the FREE tier. You will continue to have access to the Stitchly Dashboard regardless of your subscription status. 

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, and payment information, as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://stitchly.io/privacy-policy.

4. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

6. Updates to the Terms
